Appointment Time: Scheduled time is important to the smooth running of the salon. Please arrive for your appointment on time as a courtesy for the next client. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to SPA services, so you will have time to fill out necessary paperwork. Late arrival will limit your treatment times. Your appointment will end on schedule. The full value of your scheduled treatment will be charged.

Confirmation Policy: We request that all appointments be reserved with either a credit card or a gift card. Please have one ready when you call to make your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: To protect the livelihood of our staff we require a 24-hour notice for any date change or cancellation for any service. There is a 50% cancellation fee with less than a 24-hour notice. No shows will be billed 50% of all their scheduled services and/or packages.

Payment Types: We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash.

Personal Belongings: The Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal articles. Please keep valuables with you during your appointment.

Children: Children must always be supervised, for their safety and in consideration of our Stress-Free services and surroundings. Children are not allowed in spa.

Cell Phones: MUST be silenced in the spa.

Gift Certificates: May not be redeemed for cash and are valid only for the dollar amount on the card. Gift Certificates may be used for services other than those purchased based on the dollar amount left on the certificate. Prices on Gift Certificates are guaranteed for One Year. Service Prices will be adjusted to current cost after that time period. Rituals is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards or Gift Certificates
