I had the European Facial with Kelly, and it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. My face felt hydrated and glowing when I was done. Usually facials leave me "red" because of my rosacea, but Kelly customized the products she used on me so I looked fine when I left. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Highly reccomend.

I’ve trusted Jessica with my hair for almost a decade, and she’s a true artist — every cut and highlight is perfect. Molly has been amazing since the day she started, and now I can’t imagine my visits without her either! Ashton and Kelly are also incredible — they’re always so friendly, professional, and make every visit even more enjoyable. From my hair and waxes to facials, manicures, pedicures, and even spray tans — every service is top-notch. The salon is always spotless, beautifully maintained, and has the most welcoming atmosphere. Sarah, the owner, is wonderful, and the whole team makes you feel like family the moment you walk in. They all know my name — it’s like the show Cheers, but with better lighting and great hair! The staff at Rituals are genuinely kind, talented people who cheer you on in life and make you feel amazing every single time you visit. The only gift I ever ask for is a gift certificate to this salon because it’s truly my favorite place to be. I recommend Rituals Salon & Spa to everyone I know — it’s a gem, and I’m so grateful for Sarah, Jessica, Molly, Ashton, Kelly, and the entire team who make every visit such a wonderful experience.

Everyone at Rituals is helpful, kind and professional. Especially Molly and Ashton. They both are so friendly and exceptional at their craft. Coming to Rituals is always a pleasure. Love the new nail stations, pedicure chairs, and fresh coat of paint. Great job all around! 5 stars!
